Lucy's content delivery was excellent. She took the time to ensure everyone understood what was being taught and that different learning styles were catered for. Learning was not rushed and was set at the 'slowest' person in the class. It would be helpful if the book were the exact match to the slides in the presentation.Response : Hi AJ.
