Great refresher training, enjoyed all elements of training and enjoyed the flexibility and course content. I feel I have refreshed my knowledge, gained confidence due to reflection on course check review and shared trainer tips.

I found this course to be greatly helpful, knowledgable and a fantastic reminder of our everyday practices we should all implementing within our roles at south Quay College. The Trainers were both fantastic in delivering the course.

Great content fantastic trainers! At last some behaviour and physical intervention training that focuses on de escalation and relationships before power and control, really enjoyed it and was left feeling able to trust that if I was in a situation that required physical intervention I would have the tools to do this in a dignified and lawful way putting the child’s safety and well-being first
