New course parameters, so trainer learning as we went. Very engaging trainer, enjoyable experience.

I understand that the training has to be slightly generic however some of the content is very basic and is repetitive of the online content that we have all had to complete prior to attending this session. Tips on moving and handling were very useful and informative.

trainer wa a good , videos were really helpful just think manual training is better hands on and doesn't transfer well over zoom
