Excellent course very helpful for those without care experience

Very good experience

The course was fine, informative but maybe better to understand as a face to face training especially as so much of it had elements of practical skills.

I think for a zoom course on a practical subject it is pretty good, but it definitely needs backing up with in person training within the home.

There was alot of information crammed into a short time and its great for theory but feel hands on practical is invaluable

Informative course providing relevant information to roles. Bianca was engaging and kept the course interesting for the time which we were on. Good range of cover of different roles considering industry we work in.

The course covered the information that was necessary, and the trainer was knowledgeable and experienced in our field of work. There was not much variation in the means of presentation - all powerpoint and discussion.

The training was very helpful for me.
