It was an interesting three day training, I learnt so many new things , things i did not know about and in the practical class I practice cpr for the first time ever on my colleague

Little difficult to so H & S on line but overall quite good and common sense. difficult to concentrate when trying to train in the lobby on the care home

Very boring training we prefer the face to face training I could fall asleep and the trainer seemed very bossy not a good first aid at all
