Keith is very friendly and approachable. He was engaging and had lots of knowledge.

I enjoyed the course and the presentation was great. I learnt a lot which will help me in my work. The teacher was knowledgeable on the subject.

Well thought and more insight into the quality of care

Parking not free over 4 hours, think other attendee able to resolve this for us. Trainer great, big chunks of content seems irrelevant to work I undertake. Think 2 day could be 1 day, even if still kept all content, whole group discussions not smaller groups.

I did enjoyed the trainer and the knowledge I have received.

It was an interesting three day training, I learnt so many new things , things i did not know about and in the practical class I practice cpr for the first time ever on my colleague

Little difficult to so H & S on line but overall quite good and common sense. difficult to concentrate when trying to train in the lobby on the care home
