I found the training very informative as a beginner in venepuncture. It would be useful to have seen video of venepuncture procedure as part of the training. Overall very good.

It was ok as I've been doing phlebotomy for a long time and this was a fresher. If I had never done phlebotomy before, I would have found this training not adequate enough.

I feel that this course has met my needs as a previous phlebotomist but if I was do train for the first time, i feel that the course should be a bit more detailed through videos and comprehensive.
