enjoyed most parts only issue was the video quality was poor but i am aware that could also be a problem on my work place's connection being poor at times.

This is the longest session I have done on Zoom and Sam kept me engaged throughout by being very interactive and inclusive.

Very thorough. Trainer engaging. Quite of lot of material that seemed more specific to non-direct carer roles but helpful to know anyway.

Difficult when not hands on
