enjoyed most parts only issue was the video quality was poor but i am aware that could also be a problem on my work place's connection being poor at times.

This is the longest session I have done on Zoom and Sam kept me engaged throughout by being very interactive and inclusive.

excellent course and trainer, would recommend to all very informative and well set out trainer answered all questions and was enthustiastic

Very thorough. Trainer engaging. Quite of lot of material that seemed more specific to non-direct carer roles but helpful to know anyway.
