I have learned some techniques I ddnt know about the slide sheet

Being an activity coordinator I don't have much input with the care side of day to day life. However, if ever called upon I would be able to assist or if I witness bad practice I would be able to address it.

It was an interesting course. I enjoyed and learnt a lot.

it was good but prefer face to face training. Great to meet everyone.

Good refresher session. Trainer Chad was great. Got everyone involved and kept it moving taking into account we are not paid to be here
