The training was very satisfying however my only issue is training venue, which is quite a distance for me travelling from Milton Keynes.

I did enjoyed the course and the instructor was excellent. She answered all questions very well which helped improve my understanding.

Should have offered Tea or coffee

Training was easy to understand, thorough and beneficial to my are of work. The manual handling technique was impressive and something I will teach others. Thankyou

For a conference centre I was surprised it didn’t have its own parking. Very central but consequently parking expensive … but I understand you can’t have it all. No coffee or tea facilities (even a pay machine one). Course itself and trainer excellent as marked.
