The trainer was very good and took time to explain and answer questions. She was aware of everyone on the zoom and helped all to be involved and engaged. For the content itself - i liked the illustrations of the spine itself - really helped to understand the damage that can be caused.

The course was okay but theres always room for things to be improved on. Like days are too long. It gets monotonous and tiring after half way through the day. Needs to be paid for training as many other trainings are paid
