The courses taught today met and exceed my expectations. I have also learnt alot today from topics that I could not understand.

It was very clear, uncomplicated and to the point. I have learnt some really good guidelines for dealing with choking. The video on recognizing cariac arrest was useful to me, as I have never witnessed this.

Very good training session. Learnt something new about how to give abdominal thrusts to someone who may be pregnant, in a wheel chair, tall or bedbound.

Injoyed the course was very interesting and was explained well .

Very informative session. Trainer very pleasant and encouraged questions to check learning. I felt the videos gave visual examples of resuscitation methods, removal of choking obstructions and differences in breathing. A good refresher for me and a good basic start for new staff.
