I found this training very thorough, one of the best I’ve been on, Linda was was very professional & made it easy for people to ask questions & give very thorough answers. The first time I’d used zoom so was a bit nervous at first but was made to feel comfortable. 10/10!

There where some technical issues delaying start but that was not the trainers fault his part of the course was efficient and thorough

would have been better doing a face to face course as its better being able to practice on equipment but this was sufficient under the circumstances
