friendly trainer and knowledgeable

I thought the course can be two hours, The overall content was well covered.

Training has been interesting and grouping was helpful for discussion

I liked that the trainer made sure that we were all competent in administrating the vaccine and gave us the opportunity to have several attempts till we felt confident. He was very knowledgeable, but I had to rush my notes to keep up.

like I say the trainer was knowledgeable but feel there could be some more areas to include everyone to keep us awake.
