I did learn a lot although had some bit of problems with technology. Generally information was well relayed.

This is the best way to train, especially for a group in different areas. No running late due to parking, traffic or other circumstances. Keep it up The classroom setting is overrated, if Interserve wishes to review the trainer, they could ask someone in the office to join and they can see how good this is.
