My only concern was not always being able to see how she was demonstrating certain things. I had the presentation up and her camera picture positioned at the top and found this difficult to rotate between them both. However, she was very clear and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and I walked away more confident and knowledgeable myself. The presentation was clear and worded well. This is to be sent to us for us to keep and relate back to if needed. Thank you

visibility not good so understanding the different techniques was difficult to manage objectives only partially met 3 hrs was too long without the practical side different presentation sent online to that used by trainer

i found this course more interactive than the manual handling so didn't feel as long and i could here everything very good

I feel very confidential to be able to administer the medication.

I am not use to video training so find myself not confident to speak up at times. Its something that will improve for myself overtime. Great session and very informative and again gives me more experience of the use of Zoom via video and interaction tools
