The course was very informative. The trainer, Linda Miller paced everything at the correct speed, allowing for questions and adequate refreshment breaks

Again friendly face, approachable and understandable language, a somewhat difficult subject spoken of with experience and candour and even humour in places..easy to listen too and participate in..

I enjoyed the manual handling update today, trainer achieved all the goals and the length of the training was perfect.
