Clear course materials

All objectives were achieved throughout the course and explained in detail with breaks in between allowing time to refresh thoughts and get notes down.

Training of any kind is always useful. Be it mandatory or refresher.. we all forget practices that we don't use often or have never used(CPR). A gentle reminder is always usefull. Thank you.
