Really good course covering a lot of information, delivered well. Engaging and done at the level for our understanding and role. Good learning environment with no pressure to answer questions your not comfortable with helping you relax and learn.

Absolutely brilliant course. Could do with more time to take everything in as my basic knowledge was poor prior to the course, but I've learned a huge amount over two days. Would like to do the course again to consolidate learning!

Fantastic course, thoroughly enjoyed it all and loads of content to learn. Lecturer made it easy to understand and very engaging, would be more beneficial as there was so much to take in and understand to maybe make it a 3 day course in order to process all the information on each subject.

Trainer was very nice and gave everyone enough time to ask questions and she gave further guidance

Sarah had a really warm and bubbly personality. She was thorough with her explanations and welcomed every questions that was asked. I personally was running behind at first and I explained in a chat to her and she was absolutely understanding. I really did enjoy her training as she made it easy and we had a few laughs in between which made the training enjoyable and not bored. Thanks Sarah
