Enjoyed the course abs find it interesting

Thank you for a really well discussed and practical training session , I really felt we have gained further knowledge and skills , especially when using slide sheets it is always nice to learn new skills

It did not help that some of the people attending the course arrived late and/or did not know how to use zoom. This resulted in the course running late and I'm sure did not help the trainer to start the course smoothly. I learned a lot about moving and assisting residents, both from the course and the other participants. I am not from a care background so I appreciated the opportunity to learn vital new skills to use in my new role. Thank you.

While it is not possible to achieve the same outcomes as a face to face session this was a good refresher, but not necessarily appropriate to those who are first timers.

Great first induction to manual handling

I enjoyed the training but just feel that this particular topic is one that really needs to be done face to face in order for people to practice the different techniques

Whilst the session achieved its objectives I found it’s delivery exceedingly dull.

Course was quite long with only 2 breaks of EXACTLY 5 minutes.
