Really happy with the trainer (sorry forgot the name),he shared very helpful tips about injection techniques and handling the injections.

Information given clearly and at a good pace. Level right for people with experience needing a refresher training event.

Very brief but very informative

First time we learnt about choking in adults,children and infant which was very informative Also demonstration of the defibrillator was good and how it was used in conjunction with CPR which I wasn’t shown in earlier face-to-face training

Due to COVID I think the course was not as in depth as it could have been, but everything that was needed was covered

Excellent practical elements to the course so that we could all practice the theory.

All questions answered, checked understanding, reviewing material. Understood and helped with any needs.

Very informative and gives a comprehensive overview of spinal care etc.

Happy with thw start time as it gave me time to get the children sorted and myself
