A good refresher course.

I generally prefer trainings in person , zoom not ideal for practicals

Courtney was a good presenter, informative. Some very useful information. We both learned new things.

THE COURSE LOOKED DIFFICULT BUT THE TRAINER MADE IT EASY

Was a very good trainer and made it easy to understand and enjoyable.

The course was excellent but has it`s challenges being online.

Probably not the fault of the trainer, but not all MHA staff work in carehomes - I personally work in Communities where we run exercise classes, activities, outings etc. Would have been good if these non-care homes activities and their first aid risks could have been acknowledged although it was already highly packed with info.
