The course would be better to have in person, as its clearer to hear and see whats going on, but overall it was fine, I picked up everything that was discussed.

The course was very Care Home orientated and as it was on Zoom we couldn't do any practical examples. It was ok as a refresher course but not for someone who hadn't done M & H training before.
