Craig Marshall was fantastic at delivering the course. He was informative and direct throughout the 3 days, answering every question asked. Craig made the course feel fun and interesting rather than feeling like we was back in school. Any questions asked was answered accordingly and followed up with examples. I personally feel that with Craig's encouragement, he has made me more excited and inspired to work and further my Career within the NHS. Overall the course was fantastic, the only improvements that could be made is possible different locations as the building was so cold and didnt have a canteen, we wasn't informed if they supplied food either. We only managed to get food when we asked some one in the building and they let us know about the food situation and throught out the 3 days we wore our coats to keep warm. Further this Craig wasn't fully aware where our work books were due to lack of communication to him from the coordinators. So again I would make a improvement on this as I believe that the error on their part to let them know where everything is and not the trainers. I also was lead to believe what we was meant to have a visit from NHSP to explain what happens after the course but no one turned up.
