Wrong address shared by NHS P; 5 william street instead of 1 william street on the invitation email. Wrong post code too. This makes it very difficult to find the location. However course was useful for my work and duties.

Mr Bunting made the course interesting. The discussions were lively. It was a refresher course but I learnt new information relevant to my practice. Mr Bunting has much experience in the healthcare profession so was able to empathise with the participants in a positive way. I enjoyed the experience, thank you.

Course was good but one thing was missing in course retraining. As a working in mental health would be better if we would provide with patients restraining physical activities.
