EXCELLENT

It was educative and I understood everything nicely.

Lots of first aid was covered and examples given and we all had to take part. We could ask questions. It was well presented.

course couldn’t facilitate hoist manual training due to lack of spacing and room. However, training was very insightful and informative. Wayne and Mike had a lot of answers and answered all questions, if not directed as to where to find them.

Excellent presentation

This is possibly better for refresher rather than first time training however it did give me the basics and some good understanding of right and wrong ways of manoeuvring.

i feel overall the training session was good and I learnt a few new things as things do change. I am now refreshed and Bill was very good and made it interesting and fun and he knows his stuff
