Excellently delivered course in a relaxed environment.

Facilitator delivered in a fun atmosphere but assertive

I learnt quite a few new things which shows how important practical training is. Equipment was I'm working order too. I am a RGN based in the community however the Mental Health aspect was very interesting and mind blowing fir myself. Conflict resolution was appropriate for some of the encounters I have observed at work. All in all very good 2 days. Thank you.
