Emma is a very engaging speaker, clearly passionate about what she does, and very experienced in the subject. I worked for many years as a trauma nurse so know a lot about the physical aspects of trauma, but I was keen to learn more about the psychological aspects and the best approaches to use with clients. It was reassuring to know that what I have been doing thus far has been appropriate, but my knowledge has increased considerably, and I will definitely use some of the suggestions Emma shared with us. I really enjoyed the day, and I enjoyed the 'online' company of fellow practitioners.
