I learned a lot

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have learned so much. The content was engaging, evidence-based and delivered in a way that made it easy to understand and apply in practice. The balance between theory, practical exercises and group discussions kept the sessions interesting and really helped build my confidence. I feel well prepared to begin my journey as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and grateful for the support I've received throughout.

I felt totally engaged with the course. I particularly enjoyed the neuroscience part. Having more knowledge about whats happening in the brain with addiction gives me more confidence to work with these clients. My IC will be better now and can tailor more specifically. I liked it that we were able to ask questions .

An absolutely first class workshop that provided real clarity and greater understanding of a potentially challenging topic. Emma was brilliant - this course is so informative but in an interactive way that actually helps you then apply the knowledge to working with clients which is the part I find most useful. Highly recommend and I'll now be signing up to more CPDs that Emma runs.

I decided to do Sian's CPD as I am currently supporting many younger children with mental health issues. I found the CPD very informative and interesting, and I have gained many tips and tricks to make the Hypnotherapy sessions more child-focused.

Fantastic CPD if you are working with children...it went too quick! Sian is so knowledgeable and helpful! Everything was so informative and helpful. A good amount of interaction helped to understand how valuable the tasks are. Came away with lots of tools and tips which I cant wait to use straight away!
