Very useful course to gain more knowledge in how to support young people who may be struggling with mental health problems. Great examples of sites to sign post young people to so they can get support at home.

Very interesting course, good to have course booklet to follow along side session on line.

The course is very-well structured, the first discussions are very important to learn about language, approach and ways of dealing with signs of possible suicide thoughts/behaviour. The safety guide is clear and helpful, and cover the main aspects someone needs to know to identify and act in these cases.
