Excellent course well presented and after 23 years of working within a Police environment I still learnt something new ie the Cortisol information how he brain is effected when under stress/anxiety and what can help.

The course was excellent, However, I feel that people are so remote at the moment, due to home working etc, I would like to know how to deal with issues when not face to face.
