i have already recommended the course to a friend of mind who is secondary school teacher who feels they really struggle with knowing how to have these conversations and so i have sent her then link to book onto the course as i found it very useful

I loved having a physical book to make notes. Interactive group work and open conversations with the tutor. Difference in opinions and different outlooks were shared but this helped with my perspective and opened my mind.
