I have been on a few courses where Kate Golding has been the tutor. She is very good at explaining the course contents. A brilliant course even if it is a hard one but I now I feel I have the tools and knowledge to help.Response : Thank you Sian, it was lovely to see you again and I hope to see you at Niton Primary school in the future.

Great course, well delivered, i feel much more confident about engaging in conversations and people about suicide. I feel better equipped as a MHFA in the workplace and in my personal space to deal with a situation involving suicide thoughts and suicide.
