I would like the full day skills workshop, as this was taser, a helpful reminder of how I should approach suicide. On reflection it also made me think about as a practitioner sometimes you run the risk of being desensitized to situations and this includes suicidality and importance strike balance between own anxious and desensitization, which impacts greatly on anyone's practice.

Really enjoyed the SFA Lite course as the length of the course was well paced and covered everything we needed.
