i thought the the course was extremely informing and I really liked the way that it was a safe environment where everyone could speak and that even though the subject of the course was very sad, it felt like a place where people could still laugh and make jokes.

Very happy with the course and have already recommended it to others. I would like to see this available to town and parish councils and be available to anyone in a front line role. Especially teachers and health workers.Response : It was lovely to meet you Claire and thank you for your contribution to the session. Your feedback has made my day!

I enjoyed the course, it is very relevant , informative and interesting. I am already placed on the waiting list at work for full the 2 day course, which I am told was excellent. It will help with my role working with vulnerable people and supporting colleagues and my own wellbeingResponse : Thank you Shirley and I will look forward to seeing you on the 2 day MHFA course. Fingers crossed...

Excellent course, thank you. This has really given me the confidence to try to help, if suicide is a possibility

Excellent course, only marred by Zoom problems with internet sound going at times, more frequently in last hour and the occasional screen freezing. I was surprised at I have superfibre connect and do not tend to have any issues with internet.

I have already used some of the skills learned on this course in my every day work. Particularly around how I encourage managers to reflect on how we use direct questioning and specific language when opening up a dialogue with people around their mental health, to create a safe and authentic space to talk. Thank you!Response : That's great, Emma thank you for sharing this and thank you for your feedback.
