This course should be split. One for the joe public and one for health care professionals.
I think the course needs a lot of work if it is to be delivered online, interactions are difficult, technology fails, and with most people not having cameras it is very difficult for the trainer to engage with the students
Overall very informative, feel like I now have the knowledge to help someone in need
A sensative subject lie this does that requires group discussion and interaction does not lend intself to virtual learning.
These sorts of courses should be mandatory, not just for call assessors and supervisors, but all grades of staff both clinical and non-clinical. The ambulance service should be leading the way into implementing these courses to all staff
