I attended training about suicide about a year ago and this was better. Very helpful

I really enjoyed this training. It's not an easy subject to deliver, but Matt was empathetic, sensitive, respectful. The pace was good, expectations set with prior explanations, so we knew what to expect and/or not and why. The content gave a sound introduction to the subject at hand, and I feel more informed and relatively confident with the tools, especially the example sentences...having a vocabulary is an important part of the skills set.

The course was well delivered, with respect, dignity given to all who attended. The information given was enough to ensure that you are safe and comfortable but not overloaded, very informative and engaging. fantastic course
