I enjoyed this course and even though it was long it didn’t feel tedious or repetitive like other courses I have done. There was a good balance of using the slides and the written material and opportunities to ask questions and discuss things.

It has been difficult for many of us, as we have been dealing with many people who express thoughts of self harm, depression and suicide. I had been dealing yesterday with a gentleman, with a colleague, and your training was spot on to reassure us we had done all we could.

Great course. Good content, had the potential to be very heavy going but the manner in which it was delivered was professional, engaging and gave me the confidence to be able to intervene.

Well structured and delivered course. Partly a very good refresher but lots of new stuff too and worked well for us a group of eight.
