Brilliant course would highly recommend it to others and would happily undertake more courses like this one.

I really enjoyed this course. I was worried that it would be quite heavy and leave me feeling down. But actually, Cheryl's delivery and knowledge made this very enjoyable. I felt inspired to speak up for other people and she equipped me with the confidence to tackle difficult situations.
