Brilliant course and really glad I was able to take part. I've taken a lot away from today and as much as I don't ever want to have to use it, its really helpful knowing that when I do I am doing it the best I can

I felt this course was very informative and dealt with the issue with care and compassion. I now feel I am able to deal with this situation a lot better and with a better understanding I now have the information to steer someone in the right direction if in the need of help !

A tough topic to cover but Dave made it a great day of interactive and informative learning.
