Would thoroughly recommend the course and the trainer Vicky. Even from someone who doesn't deal with people struggling with mental health issues or suicidal thoughts as part of their job, I found the course an invaluable resource in terms of feeling able to help friends/family/colleagues/boyfriend or even a stranger you encounter in the street/sat on a bridge thinking about jumping.

I enjoyed learning to understand people who are having suicidal thoughts better, managing options on how to help them effectively. Learning to observe and be aware more.
