I enjoyed the course and found it helpful but it could have had more interactive activities.

This training really made me reflect on how i interact with others ,I always try and take control of any situations if any negative issues are happening. This course has made me realise i need to give the other party space and time to find a solution themselves and i just need to support.

This was really helpful and informative and I feel was a really good use of my time.

Ian was warm and welcoming to the session, giving clear detail and understanding to the course that met everyone’s learning level; with a variety of resources used. Ian allowed us to share our own experiences, where we were able to feel confident and comfortable doing so.

Session was brilliant, definatly should be more topics related to mental health.
