I thought the course was exactly what I was looking for to improve my knowledge
Learned alot and how to approach the needs of others.
I really enjoyed the course as it has played a big part in my life and I now feel that I could deal with a situation in the future.
This course is very intense but having a facilitator who is highly skilled and equipped with knowledge really helped.
I was dreading this course but I now feel much less afraid of the topic and will find it useful in a real life call or face to face client interaction.
