I was really anxious about undertaking this course. I find the topic very triggering but actually it was handled so well and I feel so much better informed on how to help someone who is experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Laura was fantastic in delivering the suicide training, she lead with compassion and validated everyone's feelings no matter how different / conflicting. The contents of the training was understandably upsetting in parts but the main structure was very educational. I feel better equipped at noticing signs and being able to hold a space for a safe conversation.
