Very good course

It was very helpful course which I feel will help me within my role as an Income Officer at Your Housing Group, as people do state they are feeling like killing themselves due to rent arrears and it is knowing how best to help.

Fully enjoyed the course. This has been a refresher for me and I have learnt a lot of different tools to help support me if faced in this situation
