Good course, well run. Would be better in a room, but well adapted for Covid.
Support places for us to go to afterwards - how we should be de-briefed as can be traumatic for us too

As per above comments as to what I liked about the training, and all the resources Chris made us aware of that can help a person experiencing these emotions and thoughts made it a worthwhile training course.
It opened up some interesting discussions and gave food for thought.
The training was useful. I am concerned that I may miss signs that may not be evident when talking to a customer as our interviews are conducted on the telephone, there would be no visual signs so may be harder to identify a person with suicidal thoughts.
Good content but may be difficult to fill transfer to our work environment, given the nature of complaint resolution
