I found the course incredibly informative and, for me, the knowledge I have gained will be beneficial in my future customer and personal interactions.

I can't say I enjoyed the course but I did find it very useful. It is quite a lot to take in over the day and I did feel somewhat exhausted at the end but glad I had taken part.
