I am so grateful to have been given a place on this training course. I have learnt so much and I am confident that I will be able to help (in some way) anyone who might be struggling with thoughts of suicide in a much more effective and compassionate way. Learning “First Aid” techniques and realising/accepting that I don’t have to fix or cure anything and can continue to get support from such a fantastic organisation has been invaluable.
