Very good course a good follow up to MHFA

I really liked Katie and found the training insightful, empathetic and relatable.

Brilliant course. Well structured and easy to understand. A lovely confident trainer who you felt at ease. The pace was quite intense but we had a lot to cover. I found the course extremely helpful and I learnt a lot. Overall a thoroughly excellent course.
