Although brilliant for the designated purpose feel that organisations that contract SFA for the first time should consider two day given the content.

Would have liked to touch on capacity and additional needs more than we didResponse : Dear Sophie, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it, it helps us to develop and improve our course. I was sorry to hear you found the talking exercises difficult and that more ice breakers would have been helpful. We do try to accommodate all learning styles throughout the day, and it is a busy training day, but I will make sure that we think about your comments when we are planning our next upgrade. With regard to capacity and additional needs, we do run specialist programmes that have been developed for specific groups, for example working with people who have autism, or the housing sector. As the programmes commissioned in Buckinghamshire are for a diverse population, we have used our standardised programme to ensure it works for the majority of providers. Thank you once again for the feedback it is really helpful. I hope you have a lovely evening. Best wishes, Fiona

Shorter lunch break, earlier finishResponse : Dear Sabina, Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate it. I just wanted to let you know that every part of the course is worked out to promote a safe environment. Not all participants find the subject easy to deal with and having a longer lunch break allows those people to get support and compose themselves. I hope you understand our reasons, we are very aware that managing safety is paramount to the success of the training. I hope you have a lovely evening. Best wishes, Fiona
