The subject of suicide was approached very well and in a respectful manner. The step-by-step approach was very helpful in being able to break down how to deal with an intervention.
It was a decent course but a lot more could be added to make it interesting and informative

Good basic introduction on suicide first aid, ideal for refreshing as we often forget first steps
I enjoyed the course. It really helped me see ‘suicide’ in a more objective way given that my own father died of an overdose. This will help me as a trainee counsellor as I can get quite ‘triggered’ by mention of suicide.
